Привет!))

Сегодня мы выступали на кошачьей выставке "Экспокот 2011". 

На ней были многочисленные породы кошек, я уже не говорю сколько было кошек всего. 

Мы участвовали с нашей любимицей - кошкой Лазариной, она экзотическая короткошерстная кошка, ей сейчас 3 месяца и она очень ласковая. 

Постоянно мурлыкает)). На этих фото она участвует на рингах. 

Судьи из разных стран. 

Ее наградили 8 местом среди всех котят выставки, всего их 41 котенок, 

но для 1 раза это даже очень здорово, что мы попали в 10 лучших!

Hello!)) Today we were on the cat show "Expocat 2011". It had numerous breeds of cats, not to mention how many cats only. We participated with our favorite cat Lazarina it an exotic shorthair cat, she is now 3 months and she is very affectionate. Purrs constantly)). At these photos she participates in the ring. Judges from different countries. It was awarded 8th place among all the kittens exhibition, a total of 41 kittens, but for a time even this very cool that we got into the top 10!

Insalata "Caprese"

Сегодня я решила приготовить свой любимый салат "Капрезе". 

Я его просто обожаю, так как я очень люблю итальянскую кухню, да и Италию люблю в целом.

Только представьте: спагетти "Болонезе", лазанья, пицца...аж слюнки капают...:)

Today I decided to make my favorite salad "Caprese". 

I just love it, because I love Italian food, and I love Italy in general. 

Just imagine: spaghetti "Bolognese", lasagna, pizza....mmm yummy :)

Сейчас я расскажу как приготовить это блюдо. 

Для этого вам понадобиться:

• 10 помидоров шерри или 2 крупных помидора;
• 200 г сыра моцарелла;
• 1 пучок свежего базилика;
• 1 ст. л. бальзамического уксуса;
• 2 ст.л. оливкового масла;
• соль, перец по вкусу.

Приготовление:

Нарежьте помидоры (если у вас шерри, то на две половинки) и сыр (маленькие шарики, можно не резать) на кружочки. Выложите на тарелку, чередуя их друг с другом и листиками базилика. Помидоры вымыть, разрезать каждый пополам. Шарики сыра разрезать на 2–3 части. Смешайте масло, уксус, соль и перец, и полейте этой заправкой салат. Все очень легко и просто!

• 10 cherry tomatoes or 2 large tomatoes;
• 200 g mozzarella cheese;
• 1 bunch fresh basil;
• 1 tbsp. l. balsamic vinegar;
• 2 tablespoons olive oil;
• Salt and pepper to taste;

Preparation:

Cut the tomatoes (if you have sherry, then the two halves) and cheese (small balls, you can't cut) on the circles. Arrange on a plate, alternating them with each other andleaves of basil. Wash tomatoes, cut each in half. Balls of cheese cut into 2-3 pieces. Mix oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, and pour this dressing a salad.

Ей 1 год и 3 месяца. Она очень пушистая.  

Когда она голодная начинает громко свистеть. Это так мило. 

Я ее очень люблю! :)

Сегодня мы ходили гулять в лес. 

Погода была отличная. 

Светило яркое солнце. На небе не было ни одного облака и было очень жарко, не смотря на то, что сейчас осень.

 После дождливых выходных сейчас выросло очень много грибов вкусных и некоторых, к сожалению, ядовитых...

Ребят, а ведь скоро зима) 

Осталось почти 2 месяца!

Скоро выпадет снег, температура будет ниже нуля, и глазом не успеешь моргнуть.

Мы оденем теплые свитера, шапки - ушанки, ну и конечно же угги, и айда на улицу

в снежки играть))

Все - таки и у зимы есть свои плюсы: какие будут необыкновенной красоты пейзажи в лесу...

Все деревья покрыты инеем...это даже описать невозможно, это нужно видеть своими глазами.

Также сколько чудесных праздников зимней порой и Новый год, и Рождество, ну и конечно же нельзя и забывать о зимних каникулах)

В общем зимой хорошо, а летом лучше!)))
